In this clip, Washington DC street figure Curtis ‘Curtbone’ Chambers spoke about his upbringing in “Chocolate City” during the 1970s and 1980s. He detailed growing up in one of the oldest housing projects in the country and how he began hustling at the age of 12. He also discussed transitioning from selling weed into harder drugs such as PCP and heroin, though very briefly.
