Details related to the situation involving an alleged home invasion that almost went down at DaBaby’s compound in North Carolina have been unraveling slowly, and now the rapper has addressed the robber who he reportedly shot in the leg. 

911 audio surfaced revealing that the rapper shot a trespasser that made his way on to the property, which is reportedly surrounded by stone walls. Now, DaBaby has taken to Instagram to deliver a message directly to the robber he shot. The rapper said, “I chose not to take a n***a life the other day, and it felt great. 👍🏾” He then said, “Buddy ain’t deserve to go, I step righteously.”

DaBaby offered kind words to the robber before doubling down on his message. “Heal up & live my boy! Just don’t bring ya a** back 💥.” Take a look above.

Audio of the 911 call following a shooting at DaBaby's North Carolina estate has been released, and the wounded trespasser can be heard screaming out in pain after being shot in the leg. 

The audio, which appears to have altered audio to disguise DaBaby's voice, features the "Suge" rapper telling the dispatcher that he shot a trespasser that made his way onto his compound, surrounded by stone walls. DaBaby then reveals that he shot the trespasser in the leg, and after the dispatcher repeatedly asked about the trespasser's condition, he responded, "Do you not hear this man, bro?" DaBaby was referring to the man screaming loudly in the background of the phone call. 

There have been no arrests made following the incident, but it has been reported that the trespasser was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

According to TMZ, authorities believe DaBaby was the person who pulled the trigger in the shooting that took place at his North Carolina property. Source say DaBaby exchanged words with the intruder before shooting the suspect in the leg. He then called authorities and was cooperative when they arrived.

According to reports out of Troutman, North Carolina, a shooting occurred at DaBaby's compound in the small town on Wednesday (April 13) night around 7:45 pm. 

Iredell Firewire360, a media company based in Troutman, reported that a 911 call was placed from the residence, alerting officials about a suspected trespasser being shot on the property. The unnamed person was later transported to a local hospital with a "non-life-threatening wound to the lower extremity." The publication added that 911 dispatchers told the caller to secure their weapon before police arrived, but the unnamed caller stated that they feared that more trespassers would arrive. 

It's unclear whether DaBaby was home at the time of the incident. An official statement from the Troutman Police Department reads, "On 04/13/2022 at around 1945 hours officers with the Troutman Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at 135 Stillwater Road. Officers arrived on scene where they found one subject suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The subject was transported by Iredell County EMS to a medical facility for treatment. Due to the ongoing and continuing nature of this investigation, no information as to the names of those involved or the circumstances can be released at this time. This is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the community at large."
