50 Cent was mum for a while on the situation with Teairra Mari. Previously, a judge decided to award 50 Cent $37,000 in the case, which Teairra Mari hasn’t paid yet. The TV showrunner posted about the lack of payment earlier this year, but now it appears he’s asking a judge to order the reality star to court to answer questions under oath.

Court documents were filed asking a judge to set a hearing for April 20, 2022, so that Teairra Mari can answer questions about her finances while under oath. Along with that, 50 has requested that Mari bring bank statements.

The rapper didn’t stop there, as he filed a separate motion calling for the judge to find Teairra Mari in contempt for pushing their case to the side.

50’s filed motion said the reality TV star “has been the subject of repeated sanctions by this Court but has been seemingly unswayed by such actions and has not paid any money towards the Judgment or sanctions against her, making the increased penalties associated with a finding of contempt necessary.” Mari reportedly ended communications with her lawyer, allegedly making it difficult to contact her.
