After taking to Instagram to deliver numerous messages to Kim Kardashian this past weekend, it appears Kanye West has lawyered up in preparation for a possible custody battle related to his children.
According to reports, Samantha Spector—a lawyer for Kanye West is making the custody situation a main priority. Despite the alleged move, Kardashian has reportedly made the space for Kanye to spend time with his children as much as possible, even revealing that he picked the kids up for school this past Monday.
It was noted that Kanye’s lawyer will attempt to establish a formal situation between West and Kardashian. If the attempt doesn’t work, then the lawyer will head to court to request that a judge create ground rules for visitation and custody. Check back for more updates.
