Yella Beezy Tells Artists Who Rap About Killing People to "Join The Service"

Recently, many DJs and artists have been denouncing “drill” music that promotes beef and violence, following an alarming amount of tragic deaths in hip hop. Recently, New York City mayor Eric Adams went as far as voicing his “alarming” concerns about the music, eventually meeting up with Fivio Foreign shortly after to gain understanding. Now, Yella Beezy has given an interesting take on the conversation. 

Via Instagram, Yella Beezy suggested what rappers who boast about killing should do. The rapper went on to reference the current conflict in Ukraine involving Russia, saying, “All That Killing Y'all doing over them beats.......GO JOIN THE SERVICE.” He continued saying, “Your calling is finally here .... YOU CAN FINALLY PROVE TO THE FANS U BOUT THEM LYRICS 🤷🏾‍♂️🤔.” Previously, Hot 97’s DJ Drewski announced he would no longer support “Diss/Gang” music. Take a look above.
