The divorce between Kanye West and Kim Kardashian has found West taking shots at the boyfriend of Kardashian—Pete Davidson. Recently, West brought up Davidson’s mother in a post about the ‘SNL’ star’s departure from the social media platform. Now, Ahead of a judge reportedly deciding on the restoration of Kim’s single status, West filed legal documents to make his social media posts directed and Kim and Pete inadmissible in the status hearing.

Kanye West’s lawyer went on to argue, “Kim claims she read something online allegedly by Kanye and characterizes the posts in her declaration as misinformation ... Kim needed to offer the social media posts into evidence, and show that the posts were written by Kanye.”

Along with that, lawyers for the rapper went on to say that prenuptial agreement between West and Kardashian cannot be viewed as valid. The lawyer claims that prenups signed after 2001 are invalid, and the way they can be validated is if both parties agree or during a trial. West allegedly hasn’t agreed to the prenup's validity, which means the agreement cannot be upheld until a trial has taken place for the former couple. Stay tuned for more updates.
