The Klitschko brothers won over 40 title fights during their professional boxing careers. Their propensity for knocking out opponents made them a phenomenon in the sport and highly influential figureheads all throughout Europe. But perhaps the most dazzling aspect of the Klitschko brother's legacy is their patriotism. Vitali and Wladimir Klitschko are proud to be from Ukraine and although they have a combined net worth of approximately $170 million, the brothers are willing to lay it all on the line to defend their country from being overrun by Russia's military.

Wladimir Klitschko enlisted in his homeland's military program just prior to Russia's invasion, while Vitali, who is currently the major of the country's capital city, also vowed to take up arms if a diplomatic solution isn't reached very soon.

"I don't have another choice, I have to do that. I'll be fighting," Vitali said during an interview with Good Morning Britain. "I believe in Ukraine, I believe in my country and I believe in my people."

Lately, the brothers have been very public in expressing their desire for democracy but the majority of the time they do it in their native language. Yesterday the sibling duo published a video clip in the English language to the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin. A tactful move that ensured that their heartwarming message would be heard worldwide.

"I'm calling to all international partners to observe this tragedy that is happening nowadays in Ukraine and this senseless war that is not going to have any winners but losers," Wladimir said. "I just want to tell you we must stay united against this aggression, against Russian aggression. Don't let it continue happening in Ukraine. Don't let it happen in Europe and eventually the world. United, we're strong. Support Ukraine."
