A homeless man from Seattle named Wantez Jamel Tulloss brutally beat a woman with a baseball bat on January 31st, leaving his victim in a puddle of her own blood. The random act of violence was captured on camera by a surveillance system located in the Belltown section of Seattle.
The victim, a delivery worker with Amazon, was on her way home when she was struck from behind with a baseball bat. As a result, the injury left her with a fractured skull, a possible concussion, and in need of serious surgery. When the police arrived on the scene, they found the victim laying on her back with blood spilling from her ears.
According to reports, after Wantez Jamel Tulloss attacked his victim from behind, he went on about his evening and even picked up a slice of pizza before returning to the local transitional living facility with the baseball bat in his possession. Because of his distinct facial tattoos, investigators were able to track him down and arrest him last Friday. If convicted, he is facing 9-12 years in prison. Tulloss is currently being held at the Kings County Correctional Facility on $150,000 bail.
