Previously, it was revealed that the feds were reportedly tracking the alleged killers of Jam Master Jay since 2017. Now it has been reported that the suspected killers—Ronald Washington and Karl Jordan Jr.’s trial have been set for September 2022.
The men were indicted for the murder of the legendary DJ and producer in August 2020, with prosecutors saying the men killed Jay over drug dispute 20 years ago. Both men have been charged with murder, conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine and firearms violations. Jury selection is set to begin on September 22, 2022.
