Last year, Lil Uzi Vert was accused of flashing a gun during a fight with rapper SAINt JHN. Uzi’s ex-girlfriend Brittany Byrd was present, and it was alleged that the rapper then took his gun and pressed it against his ex’s stomach before striking her. Byrd ultimately filed a police report that accused the rapper of assault. Now, news surfaced noting Uzi copped a plea deal in the matter.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office says Uzi pleaded no contest to one count of felony assault with a firearm and misdemeanor injury to a girlfriend. Because of that, the rapper was reportedly sentenced to three years of probation, one year of treatment for mental health and substance abuse, one year of domestic violence counseling, and restitution. Along with that, he was given a 10-year criminal protective order.
Prosecutors initially charged Uzi with three felonies, including assault with a firearm, criminal threats, and domestic violence. Stay tuned for more updates.

According to TMZ, Lil Uzi Vert and SAINt JHN were engaged in an altercation after Uzi confronted him about being with his ex-girlfriend Brittany Byrd.
Sources close to Byrd told TMZ she and SAINt JHN were there discussing a business project before Uzi confronted them at the Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood. Uzi allegedly threw a punch at JHN but missed and fell to the ground. As he fell, Uzi's gun fell out on the ground. After getting up and grabbing his weapon, witnesses say he pressed the gun against Byrd's stomach and struck her.
Byrd has since filed a police report accusing Uzi of the aforementioned assault at the West Hollywood Sheriff's substation Friday afternoon.
