Pusha T's manager Steven Victor addressed reports that Pusha had amicably parted ways with Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music label after he shared a signed contract and thanked Kanye.
While speaking to Complex about the post, Victor stated, "He's still G.O.O.D. Music, he’s just not signed to Def Jam anymore." He added that Pusha T's upcoming album, It's Not Dry Yet (INDY), "is his last album on Def Jam."
Victor went on to explain Pusha T's post, stating, "He might re-sign with Def Jam, it’s just the whole point of it is that he’s still with Kanye regardless to wherever he ends up with his next projects. It will be with Kanye."

Since the launch of his music label, Heir Wave Music Group, in 2020, many have questioned whether Pusha T will stay on Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music label, where he served as president. Pusha T answered that very question on Thursday (January 27) when he shared a contract signed by Kanye amicably releasing Pusha from his label.
Pusha T captioned the post, "Some people call you their brother, other people show you you’re BROTHERS. Thanx 'Yezos…' @kanyewest."
Pusha T spoke to Complex about plans for the label in 2020, stating, "Heir Wave Music Group is basically a label that was made in the spirit of an “album artist”—artists who have a story to tell. They have a background for the fan who wants to be fully invested in that particular artist, their whole movement, and everything about them. That’s how we’re picking artists. It’s about authenticity. It’s about pure music, whatever type of music it is. It must be pure."
