Brittany Renner and Mariah The Scientist have seen their careers blossom exponentially over the course of the past two years. Brittany Renner has become a celebrity fitness model, while the latter has emerged as one of the hottest R&B singers out of Atlanta. But for their fans, it's the uncanny similarities between the two women that have made them somewhat hard to differentiate from one another.
For example, they are both highly sought-after bachelorettes and each of them is rumored to have been involved in a couple of high-profile relationships with some of the biggest names in hip-hop. But nevertheless, that is where Mariah The Scientist would like the comparisons to end.
The Atlanta-based soul singer took to Twitter to tweet a message to her fans, addressing the playful theory that she might actually be Brittany Renner.
"I'm gone say this one time," Mariah wrote. "Me and Britany Renner r not the same person nor are we related."
Unfortunately for the "Walked Up" singer, her message only seemed to add fuel to the fire as an outpouring of comeback jokes ensued immediately on her Twitter page.
