DeVon Franklin has filed for divorce from Meagan Good, according to multiple reports. The Hollywood producer filed the official paperwork on Monday, after being married to the leading actress for nearly an entire decade. DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good were a highly revered couple within the Christian community.

Five years into their marriage, the power couple co-wrote a faith-based book, The Wait, that went on to become a New York Times Best Seller. DeVon Franklin (43) and Meagan Good (40) released a joint statement, acknowledging their separation and appreciation for one another.

"After much prayer and consideration, we have decided to go into our futures separately but forever connected...We celebrate almost a decade of marriage together and a love that is eternal. There's no one at fault, we believe this is the next best chapter in the evolution of our love," the statement read. "We are incredibly grateful for the life-changing years we've spent together as husband and wife. We are also extremely thankful to God for the testimony being created inside us both and for blessing our lives with each other."

Although they were together for nine years, DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good did not have any children together.
