Fetty Wap was arrested at Newark Liberty International Airport Friday after his ankle monitor allegedly alerted the police.
Photos of the incident show Fetty Wap outside of the airport in a mask and handcuffs as multiple officers surround him. After apprehending the rapper, the police ran his record and found out he had a warrant out for his arrest.
According to reports, the warrant was related to a public nuisance charge, although no additional details were available. Fetty Wap was arrested and booked but was able to post bail and has been released.
In October, Fetty Wap was arrested by the FBI for alleged ties to a drug ring responsible for distributing over 100 kilograms of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and crack cocaine across Long Island and New Jersey.
Fetty Wap has not yet commented on his recent arrest at the airport. Scroll above for additional images of the arrest.
