Matthew Hughes, the man arrested for breaking into Eminem's home and threatening to kill him, has landed himself in trouble yet again after breaking parole tied to his home invasion charges. Hughes, 28, reportedly failed to show up for a probation appointment, and he's also accused of assaulting a mall security guard in the Michigan city of Taylor.
This week, Hughes was detained and he's been ordered to remain in the Macomb County Jail until his sentencing date on December 15 on a $10,000 bond. In his first court appearance, Hughes reportedly pled guilty to missing the probation appointment, and he pled not guilty to the assault charges. It was also revealed that Hughes reportedly owes the courts $1,950 in connection with his previous home invasion case in 2019.
