Yella Beezy took to Instagram to break his silence regarding his sexual assault case. On Tuesday, new details on the case revealed that the Texas rapper was charged with raping a woman during a first date. As the public -- and even the mother of his son -- reacted to the news, Yella Beezy issued his own statement and proclaimed his innocence.

"Y'all just gotta stop playing on my name," the rapper said. "I was arrested on false allegations. I was arrested before I was even questioned and I knew about anything that was going on. But, it's false allegations. Everybody that know me know I'm not pressed over sex or anything of that nature. I ain't no aggressive person, that don't even fit me at all."

In addition to sexual assault charges, Yella Beezy is also facing charges of child endangerment and misdemeanor unlawful carrying a weapon. He addressed the child endangerment charge and said it was unrelated to anything sexual. Continuing to proclaim his innocence, he added that he would never put his children in any type of danger.

"The child endangerment 'sho don't feel right coming out my mouth because everybody know I would never harm my kids or put them in any type of danger," he continued. "I'd die for my kids so...the child endangerment [charge] has nothing to do with anything sexual...it's something that happened when they came and arrested me."

New details are emerging in Yella Beezy's sexual assault case. According to TMZ, an unnamed woman is claiming that the rapper raped her on their first date. 

The woman claims that Yella Beezy first contacted her on Instagram, and the two went out on a date in April. After going out to eat, the woman claims that Yella Beezy invited her back to his house before they went out for bowling, as there was a 2-hour gap before their reservation. 

While at Yella Beezy's house, the woman says they played cards and talked. However, the woman says Yella Beezy made sexual advances after giving him a back massage. The woman then claimed that she repeatedly rejected Yella Beezy's advances, but she says he raped her. 

The woman claims she was able to leave Yella Beezy's home, and she went to the hospital the following day to report the rape. Police got involved after the woman's hospital visit, which led to the sexual assault charges. He was also charged with felony abandoned endangered child and misdemeanor unlawful carrying a weapon. It remains unknown what led to those charges.

Dallas rapper Yella Beezy was arrested in Texas Friday on weapon and sexual assault charges.

The music artist is currently behind bars in Collin County, where he was booked on three charges. Yella Beezy has reportedly been charged with felony sexual assault, felony abandoned endangered child, and misdemeanor unlawful carrying a weapon.

The recent arrest is Yella Beezy's third in 2021. In February, he was arrested after police found five guns in his car. Yella Beezy was arrested again in August for drugs and weapons charges.
