The aftermath of a massive crowd surge at Travis Scott’s ‘Astroworld’ Festival ended up with eight people dead and countless others injured as a result. People in the crowd could be seen trying to get the attention of the rapper, as well as the production team for the show to no avail. Now, artist Stefflon Don has given her take, saying Scott should take accountability for the incident.

In a now-deleted tweet, Stefflon Don went on to say, “As an artist, a mother and a human being I am so upset with Travis Scott. He saw an ambulance in the crowd while people [were] screaming for help saying ‘people are dying’ which he clearly heard but still he continued to perform. A lot of kids died because of negligence.”

In another tweet, Steff went on to say “I deleted [the tweet] because I hate this whole ‘cancel’ thing I do not want no parts of it. I am all for calling someone out and holding them accountable but this new internet wants everyone to just disappear and die after a mistake. It’s 2 harsh and unrealistic. Bring back conversations.” Take a look above.
