50 Cent’s run with STARZ has seen a meteoric rise, with his ‘Power’ series turning into a universe with various spinoffs. From there, the showrunner led the charge on the ‘BMF’ series which has received much love. However, 50 isn’t too pleased with STARZ after they pushed back episode 7 of the series.
The news was recently revealed that Lionsgate is exploring options with selling or launching a spin-off of STARZ, a move that 50 expressed a significant dislike for. 50 took to Instagram and posted a headline referring to the potential move by Lionsgate, and said, “No Raising Kanan, No BMF, what do you think made their stock jump? I gave them two hits back to back Smh. These people be crazy, smart as hell but no common sense." The showrunner didn’t stop there though, as he took to the comments and said “I’m gonna look into buying the STARZ network.”
50 made another post updating fans on ‘BMF’ while speaking about Lionsgate, saying “I’m out til next week Saturday 12am because the shit people are gonna say when they find out BMF is not coming on this week. 🤦🏽♂️.” Take a look above.
