One of the most notable moments in hip-hop history was OutKast getting booed at the 1995 Source Awards after the legendary group took home the award for Best New Rap Group. The tension that filled the room that night is the stuff of legend but Big Boi recalled that he and André 3000 weren't intimidated in the least.

"It was thick in there. It was a lotta beef goin' on, you know. You just thought it would have been a stabbing or a shoot-out at any time," Big Boi said during a recent 10 Questions with Kyle Brandt interview. "We were just right there in the middle of it like, 'A wish a motherf*cker would.' Yep. Pretty much."

Big Boi added that OutKast rolled deep to the award show so they weren't worried about being overwhelmed by numbers. Not to mention, "We had people up there that took care of us and you know, sh*t, we got hands, too!"
