According to reports, a former employee of Chris Brown is accusing the singer of blowing off her lawsuit related to an alleged vicious dog attack at his home.

Previously, it was noted that Brown was being sued by Patricia Avila, a woman who would clean the artist’s Tarzana home with her sister. While at the house, Avila alleges that Brown’s Shepherd bit her in his backyard. The woman allegedly “underwent multiple surgeries.” Now, Avila is claiming Brown was served a notice related to the lawsuit but hadn’t come to any court dates. The woman is now hoping a judge will give a default judgment on the suit, for $1 million.

Avila’s lawsuit is requesting that Brown hand over $1 million for emotional distress, $1,000 for medical expenses, $24,000 in loss of earnings, also asked for future loss of earnings. Along with that, Avila’s sister has filed a separate suit against the singer.
