Former President Donald Trump had choice words for the media and the late Colin Powell, a day after the first black Secretary of State died of COVID-19 complications.

"Wonderful to see Colin Powell, who made big mistakes on Iraq and famously, so-called weapons of mass destruction, be treated in death so beautifully by the Fake News Media. Hope that happens to me someday. He was a classic RINO, if even that, always being the first to attack other Republicans. He made plenty of mistakes, but anyway, may he rest in peace!"

While some may believe the criticism Trump presented is spot-on and warranted, others have called out 45 for his lack of grace and class during moments like these. When John McCain died, Trump made snide remarks and the same was true for John Lewis. The complexities of governance leave no person untainted on the either side of the political aisle, but Trump can't seem to help himself in getting the last word over those he deems as (political) adversaries, even in their wake.
