Previously, reports surfaced noting that rapper Rico Recklezz was hit with a three-year sentence for a gun charge. The rapper took to Instagram and posted his mugshot along with the caption “be home soon!” Now, the rapper has taken to Instagram again, this time to give another update on his status.

Rico went on to post an updated mugshot via Instagram. On the caption of the post, Rico wrote “šŸ¤§Y’all got 60 Days left to do all dat steppin šŸ‘£šŸ‘£ šŸ‘£ y’all claim to be doin #šŸ˜ˆ2RšŸ’¤#Behomesoon.” Previous reports noted Rico Recklezz’s release date is slated for February 18, 2024. Rico Recklezz is reportedly serving a three-year sentence over a gun charge.

On Tuesday, the Chicago rapper posted his mugshot on Instagram with a caption that read, "Be home soon!"

The post was one of only eight posts he's made since August 23, 2020, when he posted another mugshot with the caption, "B back b4 u know it #freeme."

The Illinois Department of Corrections website indicates that Recklezz was arrested in August for one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Records state that he's been housed at the Statesville Correctional Center since January 13, 2021.

Records also indicate that Rico Recklezz, real name Ronnie Ramsey, will be released on February 18, 2024, but is eligible for parole on February 18, 2022. Look above for more information on Rico Recklezz's custody status.
