Record producer Mally Mall turned himself into prison back in August to serve his 33-month sentence for using an escort service as a front for a prostitution ring. After less than two months of being incarcerated, the producer who's worked with Justin Bieber, French Montana, and Drake is filing for bankruptcy.

According to a document filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada on September 16, the 46-year-old said his monthly income is $333,000. However, Mally Mall claimed his $12,000 monthly mortgage and additional expenses have put him in the red.

Mally Mall's bankruptcy filing arrives amid a new lawsuit from one of his victims. Angela Williams and another alleged victim are suing the producer and the state of Nevada over accusations that the defendants perpetuated sex trafficking. Williams also claimed Mally Mall denied her basic needs while he lived lavishly.

"33 months is a sweetheart deal for all of the victims and all of the trauma that they faced through his years of racketeering, sex trafficking across America hundreds of women," Williams said. "I just wish that these big, platinum-winning artists, award-winning artists would just stand up with our community and start a war against sex trafficking."

Mally Mall is currently incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution in Sheridan, Oregon. He is expected to be released in December 2023.
