Update 09/06/2021 1:28pm:

Producer Mally Mall previously was sentenced to 33 months in prison for reportedly running a prostitution business. The producer reportedly requested that his prison sentence be postponed due to possible health concerns. However, it has been reported that his request has been denied.

Last month, the producer cited a pending biopsy as the reason his sentence be postponed. The judge in the case noted that his team failed to point out why Mally Mall couldn’t get the biopsy done within the Health Services Division of the prison he’s supposed to be in. As a result, the judge on Mally’s case said she’s not going to “entertain any further meritless delay tactics.”

As of now, Mally Mall will be placed at the Federal Correctional Institution in Sheridan, Oregon. The producer is set to be released on December 15, 2023.

Original 08/08/2021 3:21pm:

Earlier this year, news surfaced noting that Mally Mall was sentenced to 33 months in prison for running a prostitution business. The producer who has worked with the likes of Snoop Dogg and Chris Brown, reportedly pleaded guilty to one count of use of an interstate facility in aid of unlawful activity. The agreement found him facing up to 33 months in prison. Now, Mally Mall has requested that his prison sentence be postponed due to health concerns.

Legal documents that surfaced noted Mally Mall discovered that he has a mass on his thigh that will require a CT scan and biopsy to see if the mass is cancerous. Mall is claiming that the mass needs to be removed in the next month, whether it’s cancerous or not. Because of that, Mally Mall is asking that the judge for sentencing push his surrender date to the Bureau of Prisons back three months from August 13 to November 12.

Along with that, the documents that surfaced noted Mally Mall was designated to serve his 33-month sentence in a medium-security facility. Because of that, Mally Mall is also looking to use the 3 month push back to find a possible reassignment to another prison.
