According to reports, in the wake of Max Kellerman's exit from ESPN's First Take, it appears that Stephen A. Smith is continuing to try to mold ESPN into his image.

One of the first things Smith is reportedly trying to do is team up with longtime friend and basketball icon Magic Johnson on a show for the network. The New York Post's Andrew Marchand writes that Smith is looking to form a "Big 3" of himself, Johnson, and Pardon the Interruption's, Mike Wilbon, for NBA Countdown.

Per New York Post h/t Sports Illustrated

Jalen Rose, Jay Williams and Adrian Wojnarowski are all current frequent Countdown contributors, with Richard Jefferson, Kendrick Perkins and Chiney Ogwumike as other possible names who could get added to the program.

As for First Take, Smith could potentially debate football legend Michael Irvin on Mondays following pro-football Sundays. The show will also rotate several other analysts and personalities to debate Smith.
