Prosecutors have filed a contempt motion to revoke or increase Tory Lanez's bail due to his surprise performance with DaBaby at Rolling Loud. The prosecution believes the rapper violated the court's protective order to stay away from Megan Thee Stallion by being within 100 yards of her at the music festival.
Sources claim prosecutors believe Tory Lanez and DaBaby attempted to rush the stage during Megan's performance, which occurred before DaBaby's set. However, sources close to Tory claim he never saw Megan at Rolling Loud nor was he physically in her presence.
If the judge sides with the prosecution on the matter, Tory could be jailed until his trial begins. A hearing on the motion is scheduled for next Thursday.
