Skip Bayless usually clashes with his co-host, Shannon Sharpe, on their "Undisputed" show but Wednesday's episode featured the sports commentator having a heated exchange with the show's moderator, Jenny Taft.

The trio was discussing HBO's premiere of the new season of "Hard Knocks," which features the Dallas Cowboys. When talking about coach Mike McCarthy's motivational speech to his team, Skip Bayless criticized the coach's physique and said a coach should be in better physical shape if he wants to motivate his players.

Jenny Taft took exception to Skip's comments and said, "I don't know if his motivational speech was the most inspiring but criticizing his appearance? I don't know if I think that is a fair shot for Mike McCarthy. I'm gonna leave it at that."

As Taft attempted to wrap the segment and move to commercial break, Skip sarcastically responded, "Thanks Jenny, I appreciate that," which ignited a heated exchange between the two. Skip and Jenny began talking over each other while arguing over if a coach's physical appearance matters. Jenny ended the exchange by telling Skip she's allowed to have an opinion on the show.

"I've actually had plenty of coaches that have not had the perfect, ideal physique including my college coach. So, I don't think that's a fair shot," Taft said. "And I'm allowed to have an opinion, Skip. I am allowed to say whatever I want on this show as you do too."
