The rising rate of crime across US cities is quite alarming, and it is made apparent by the nature of these violent crimes.
The disabled and elderly have increasingly become targets of violent crime, and surveillance footage coming out of the Bronx shows a man who uses a wheelchair being beaten and robbed. The man was thrown to the ground as the suspects pummeled him and took his cellphone along with $100.
Police are still searching for the assailants.
