Russell Westbrook is the newest member of the Los Angeles Lakers after the Washington Wizards agreed to a trade that will see Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrell, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope to the nation's capital. The Lakers also gave up a late 1st Round draft pick in Thursday's draft while receiving two draft picks in 2024 and 2028.
This deal gives the Lakers their own big 3 to rival the squad in Brooklyn while also shoring up the point guard position after a subpar year from Dennis Schroder.
