Jalen Rose addressed Kendrick Perkins with receipts following the Milwaukee Bucks' championship win over the Phoenix Suns. On Wednesday's episode of ESPN's Get Up, Rose poked fun at Perkins' takes throughout the NBA Playoffs.

"You did a great job of covering this year's NBA? Finals," Rose said to Perkins before addressing host Mike Greenberg. "But you know what happens, Greeny? Young folks like this that's been doing this job like five years, they get one or two things right, they get one or two catchphrases, then they come over here with their Dr. Seuss lines wearing their 80s pastor suits and think all of their takes are gonna be hot."

Rose proceeded to bring up Perkins questioning Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer's adjustments, referring to Khris Middleton as the team's "Batman," calling Jrue Holiday the team's best two-way player, comparing Deandre Ayton to David Robinson, and calling the Phoenix Suns a dynasty. Rose's remarks caused an exchange of insults between the two, leading Perkins to tweet about the segment later on.

"Just know when you're thriving upwards it's going to be the ones you least expect that's going to be praying on your downfall!" Perkins wrote. "I came into the media world and did it my way with no handout or favors just straight grind. I'm going to keep SHINING for you HATERS! Carry on..."

Jalen Rose responded Kendrick Perkins on Instagram and apologized. He acknowledged that the jokes between the two may have went too far and expressed his regret for offending his ESPN colleague. After Rose's apology, Perkins took to Twitter again to announce that he and Rose spoke and all was well.

"Me and my brother @JalenRose just had well needed heart to heart conversation like real ones do! Carry the hell on," Perkins tweeted.
