A 19-year-old Bostonian was arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting a horse in Norfolk, MA.

Jackson Z. Kelley was charged with sexual contact with an animal, breaking and entering, and cruelty to animals after turning himself in to police. Authorities say they received “many calls providing information which eventually led to the identification of Kelley as the suspect.”

Surveillance cameras captured the July 15 assault and showed Kelley had some familiarity with horses prior to breaking into the Turner Hill Equestrian Center in Norfolk. Kelley apparently tried unplugging the camera but was still recorded sexually assaulting the animal.

Stable owner Hillary Swarr told reporters, “I look at this person as a sexual predator. It’s a threat to a very small community where a lot of people feel extremely violated and rightfully so.”
