Fivio Foreign was released from jail on Tuesday (July 13), which he immediately celebrated on Twitter.
He also jumped on a call with Hot 97’s DJ Drewski, where he teased a possible performance at Summer Jam. Fivio told DJ Drewski, "I need to be on Summer Jam. I need [the] main stage. I need lit. I need to turn up. This is what I need to do."
Back in April, Fivio Foreign, real name Maxie Ryles III, was taken into custody in Fort Lee, New Jersey after he allegedly took off on foot after being confronted by police. While running from an officer, a loaded .25 caliber gun fell out of his pocket. He was charged with possession of weapons for unlawful purposes, resisting arrest —eluding officer, possession of a defaced firearm, unlawful possession of weapons without a permit, and fugitive from justice.
