In the latest clip, Michael Dowd continued to detail his illegal activities as a cop, which included stealing $40,000 worth of heroin from a crime scene. He also described an internal bust at a neighboring precinct in which dirty cops used dire department tools to rob drug houses. Dowd said the internal investigation caused many of his accomplices to quit or move to different divisions.
