In 2019, SpotemGottem dropped the song “Tooka,” which is reportedly a disrespectful reference to marijuana. The term was previously called out by the mother of the late rapper, who said, “Y’all talking about y'all 'smoking on Tooka' and dissing him, you can't dance with the devil and expect God to forgive you. You can't do that. It's either-or." Now, King Yella has called out SpotemGottem for his “Tooka” record, saying that the rapper is “clout chasing.”

Via Instagram, King Yella said, “When y’all see me go on these industry lames just fall back it’s a reason for everything.” He continued saying, “[F**k] the industry,” then followed up by saying, “It’s the year of the real. How MFs smoking somebody they never had beef wit unless they clout chasing 🤔.”

In another IG story post, King Yella called out SpotemGottem and said, “Come to Chicago and perform this! 😈 Lame a$$ boi get ya clout back by dropping another hit not this way, [you] look goofy and [you] an opp, [d**k] rider.” Take a look above.
