Recently, YFN Lucci was named in a massive racketeering indictment, and the rapper surrendered to authorities. Since then, it was revealed that a Superior court judge denied bond for the rapper. Now, the rapper’s lawyer has spoken on the issue at hand, saying that YFN Lucci’s status as an “associate” of the gang mentioned in the RICO indictment is bogus.
The lawyer pointed out that YFN Lucci is nationally and internationally known and that references to his music to create a case against him are out of line. The lawyer said the indictment is “a little bit ridiculous.” As of now, Lucci is one of 12 people who were named in a 105-count indictment that is centered around the Bloods gang in Atlanta.
