Update 06/02/2021 5:45pm:

Bill Cosby's spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt, fired back at OJ Simpson after the former NFL runningback commented on Cosby's parole being denied.

Simpson suggested that Cosby should not have refused the sexual offender courses in order to get released quicker. In a statement, Wyatt argued that doing so -- and parole altogether -- would be an admission of guilt.

"Mr. Cosby vehemently proclaims his innocence and wanting to be paroled is admitting that he's guilty of a crime, without the sheer evidence of ANY proof, just she said it happened," the statement read.

After the opening remark, OJ Simpson became the target of the statement as comparisons were drawn between his legal battle and Cosby's.

"Mr. Simpson was caught trying to retrieve his stolen items, unlawfully, which is the difference," the statement continued. "Mr. Cosby has never admitted nor has ANY evidence been presented to prove that Mr. Cosby drugged and/or raped women. Why would Mr. Cosby accept parole, when we are waiting for the PA State Supreme Court to issue a ruling any day now on Mr. Cosby's appeal, we are hoping they would vacate his conviction or warrant him a new trial. Mr. Simpson, being paroled is like being on a slave plantation, you are never free and you will always be the property of your oppressor. Enjoy your golf game."

OJ Simpson has not responded to Bill Cosby's statement.

OJ Simpson took to Twitter to share his thoughts on some hot topics in the news, including Caitlyn Jenner saying that winning an Olympic gold medal qualifies her to be a governor.

Simpson didn't seem to buy Jenner's reasoning, as he stated, "Well, I can only think she was talking about the Olympics when she won the decathlon, the gold medal. A gold medal is qualifications to be governor?" OJ then explained, "That means Sugar Ray Leonard, he won a gold medal then. Edward Moses won a gold medal then. Even the late Leon Spinks won a gold medal, and I don’t think he would’ve qualified by winning a gold medal to run for governor-I’m just saying."

Simpson then turned his attention to Bill Cosby's parole being denied after he refused to take sex offender treatment courses in prison. OJ stated, "Bill Cosby decided not to take a course, a sexual course in prison, and it probably cost him his parole."

He then spoke about his time in prison, "When I was in ‘camp’ I took all the courses. I wanted to get home to my kids. I took a victim impact course that was particularly galling to me because I had to get up and apologize to my victims. And I got up and said, ‘Guys, I’m sorry I caught you tryin to steal my stolen property. I’m sorry I yelled at you and I’m sorry that the state of California ruled it was my property, gave it back to me, and you didn’t get to make any money off my stolen property.'"
