According to reports, a fan in Boston recently threw a bottle at Brooklyn Nets player Kyrie Irving as he was trying to leave the game. Since then, news surfaced noting that the fan was arrested.
The person charged in the incident was 21-year-old Cole Buckley, who received charges for battery with a dangerous weapon along with one count of assault.
Following the bottle incident, Irving spoke on the matter, saying, “You're seeing a lot of old ways come up... just underlying racism and treating people like they're in a human zoo. Throwing stuff at people, saying things. There is a certain point where it gets to be too much." Take a look above.
