Update: Malik Beasley's Estranged Wife Responds to His Public Apology

Montana Yao, the estranged wife of Timberwolves baller Malik Beasley has responded to his recent apology following his controversial fling with Larsa Pippen. 

Malik stated in his post, "I was looking for more when it was right here that whole time. I’m telling the world and you that there’s nobody like you for me."

In her response, Montana didn't make her intentions clear on reconciling and reuniting with Malik, and it appears that she wants to focus on being a parent to their son, Mikai. She wrote, "Makai and I do appreciate Malik's apology. It's hard to own up to bad decisions and apologize especially publicly so it is really appreciated."

She added, "My main priority has been and will forever be my son so I'm glad if/when he looks back on all of this one day he can see his dad publicly apologized to us for publicly hurting us. This is a step forward in healing for me and also having Malik be a part of Makai's life because he does deserve to have a father in his life and one who loves him."

Montana closed by writing, "At the end of the day, we are both Makai's parents so I am praying for his sake we can all move forward away from the anger and hurt to be able to raise him with love, respect, and happiness on both sides."

Malik Beasley took to Instagram on Sunday (May 23) to apologize to his estranged wife, Montana Yao, while also speaking regrettably about his relationship with Larsa Pippen. 

Speaking to Montana, Malik wrote, "I wana say sorry for putting you in the situation you were put in the last few months.. my head wasn’t were it was supposed to be.. I was looking for more when it was right here that whole time."

Malik went on to say that he was the one who broke up with Larsa, and he added that Larsa set up the mall pictures that went viral when news of their relationship broke. He wrote, "For the record I was the one who ended my last relationship off the fact that there is no one like you. Also for the record i wanted to do my own ish cuz I just left u guys and I def ain't the type to set up pictures at the mall n ish .. as that's some childish ish and I'm trying to grow individually and grow a family .. a real family."
