Security video emerging from the Jamaica Colosseum Mall in Queens, NYC, shows a botched robbery that left the victim with a gunshot wound to the leg.
According to authorities, three men armed with handguns and rifles. staked out their 37-year-old mark as he went jewelry shopping. Despite being armed to the teeth, the men ended up walking away without anything of true value.
The men approached the victim and demanded he hand over everything on him while another robber rummaged through his vehicle. One of the suspects fired off a shot soon after, striking the victim in his leg. The suspects were captured on video speeding off in a BMW 5-series sedan but police say they didn't make off with any cash or jewelry.
