Terrance Howard doesn’t hesitate to call out when he is owed something or has been done wrong, as he previously called out and sued Fox for not getting paid for ‘Empire.’ Now, a report surfaced noting the actor is taking legal action against the producers of the new film ‘Triumph.’

Howard claims he wasn’t paid for the new film, which is already out. The film features Howard as a high school wrestling coach, with co-star RJ Mitte of ‘Breaking Bad’ fame, who plays a wrestler with cerebral palsy. The legal team for Howard sent a cease-and-desist Cinemark, Argonaut Entertainment Partners, Digital Ignition Entertainment, and more. The C&D alleges that Howard’s likeness, image, and name have been used in connection to the film without his permission.

Lawyers for Howard claim the film producers acknowledged his consent was not obtained on April 15 and that the film was not allowed to be released without his signature. However, the movie was released on April 30, without a signed release from the actor. Stay tuned for more updates.
