Update 04/27/2021 1:56pm:

Previously, comedian Chris D’Elia was sued by a woman who accused him of having sex with her when she was a 17-year-old high school student. Before that, the accuser claimed D’Elia had child pornography in his possession, which led Jane Doe to sue him for child exploitation. Since then, it was revealed that Jane Doe has dropped the charges against D’Elia.

The claims were originally filed in March 2021 and noted that the alleged incident with D’Elia violated sexual exploitation and child pornography laws. Now, the latest document in the case surfaced, saying “Plaintiff, Jane Doe, and her counsel hereby give notice that the above-entitled action is voluntarily dismissed, without prejudice, against the Defendant." News of this comes after D’Elia previously came out and said he believed sex was controlling his life.
