Dr. Umar Johnson returned to The Breakfast Club, where he spoke on a variety of racial and economic issues. He touched on American racism, Derek Chauvin's conviction, and interracial marriage before calling out President Joe Biden for his response to racial issues.
Johnson criticized the president for signing executive orders to protect transgenders and Asians but failing to do the same for Black people. He questioned why Biden would campaign so aggressively towards African Americans but fail to sign any executive orders to protect them.
"I wanna go to President Biden. President Biden, your first day of office, you signed an executive order to protect the life and safety of transgenders. I have no problem with that. But you did it on your first day!" Dr. Umar said. "But he sat up here with you, Charlamagne, and told Black people that if you don't vote for me you ain't Black. So if you went out of your way begging Black people to vote for you, why haven't we gotten an executive order or any other activity coming out of the Oval Office from President Biden to protect Black people from police?"
He pointed out that the Biden administration got the Anti-Asian hate crimes bill passed after "dealing with violence for one year as a result of COVID," while Black people have suffered violence for over 400 years. Johnson also claimed the hate crimes bill was passed "with almost no opposition" but Congress has failed to approve over 200 different anti-lynching bills.
Johnson claimed the Asian community is being catered to because of a shrinking White population that's looking to find other racial groups to build an "alliance" with.
"Who better than the Asians? They're just as conservative politically as many middle-class White Americans, they are just as economically comfortable as many middle-class White Americans, they don't like Black people just as much as many middle-class White Americans, not to mention that this can go a long way towards building relationships with Asian countries," Johnson stated.
He added that the Asian continent is an issue for the United States due to its relationship with Russia and China. According to Johnson, India's fast-growing population and status as an IT powerhouse has influenced the American government to develop a positive relationship with the country in hopes that it doesn't become a strong ally to Russia or China. Dr. Umar claimed Kamala Harris' election and giving Asians "probationary White status" were steps to building a strong relationship with India.
The above clip concluded with Johnson highlighting five controversial incidents between Black people and police, including cases involving Ma'Khia Bryant, Daunte Wright, and Anthony Thompson Jr.
"Five cases and the president still has not acted," Dr. Umar said. "The same president that told The Breakfast Club that if you Black and don't vote for me you ain't Black. Well, why haven't you done anything for Black people yet Joe Biden?"
