Rapper Fivio Foreign was arrested on Wednesday (April 21) following a foot chase with police.

According to reports, police approached Fivio after he left his 2018 Mercedes Benz running in a no-parking zone while running into a Citibank near the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, New Jersey. When an officer asked Fivio for his driver's license, he allegedly walked away.

While one officer stayed with Fivio's running car, another chased him on foot and caught up with him a block away. When the officer grabbed him in a parking garage, a loaded .25-caliber handgun fell from his waistband, which police noticed had the serial number scratched off.

Fivio was charged with weapons possession, having a defaced firearm, and resisting arrest, then sent him to the Bergen County Jail, where he remained Thursday pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
