According to a Forbes report published on Tuesday (April 6), Kim Kardashian is officially a billionaire.

They estimate that her net worth has gone up from $780 million in October 2020 to $1 billion in 2021, thanks to her two successful businesses, KKW Beauty and Skims. Kim sold a 20% stake in KKW Beauty to Coty in 2020 for $200 million, which valued Kim's company at $1 billion, a figure Forbes believes is slightly inflated.

While a source told Forbes that a recent transaction valued Skims at $500 million, Forbes believes it's closer to $225 million, which raises her net worth to $1 billion. Kim's additional fortune is made up of real estate, including her three properties in Calabasas, along with endorsement deals, her reality show paychecks, and her stock portfolio. In 2017, Kanye gifted Kim with shares in Disney, Amazon, Netflix and Adidas.
