Kodak Black and his entourage were reportedly targeted in a shooting in Tallahassee, Florida early Friday morning. As the rapper was ordering food at McDonald's, his security guard was shot in the leg by unnamed individuals in a car.

Alicia Turner, Tallahassee Police Department Spokeswoman, confirmed that the shooting took place outside of Tallahassee's Dewey Street McDonald's. Kodak Black and his entourage were reportedly followed by several vehicles that attempted to cut them off after the rapper left from his headlining performance for Cultur3 Fest.

When the rapper and his team arrived at McDonald's, they reportedly blocked the entrance with a vehicle. Despite his security's attempt to pick the meal up for him, Kodak entered the fast-food restaurant as the same vehicle that was following him and his crew showed up. The vehicle left the premises before returning and firing shots.

Kodak Black was put in an armored vehicle and taken away from the scene. However, the rapper's security guard sustained a gunshot wound to the femoral artery in his leg and was taken to a local hospital, where he underwent surgery.

The Tallahassee Police Department's investigation remains ongoing.
