San Francisco street legend and Big Block Records founder Douglas "Boobie" Stepney came through for his first-ever VladTV interview. During the sit-down, Stepney detailed how he started rapping before starting the label, and he detailed how the rap group RBL Posse was formed and appearing on the album cover for "A Lesson to Be Learned." Moving along, Stepney detailed the death of RBL Posse member Mr. Cee, which remains unsolved. Stepney also spoke about the group being investigated, charges he caught, and facing life in prison at 28.
