Update 03/18/2021 12:32pm:

A third massage therapist has accused Deshaun Watson of sexual assault, claiming the Houston Texans quarterback forced her to have oral sex with him in December 2020.

This is the third civil case filed against Watson this week after the previous two lawsuits involved Watson allegedly exposing himself and touching two separate massage therapists with his penis. All three lawsuits have been filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, who said there are a total of six cases against Watson.

The third and most recent lawsuit alleges that Watson DM'd the alleged victim on Instagram and then scheduled a massage for Dec. 28, 2020, at an office building in Houston. The massage therapist accused the star quarterback of forcefully telling her to move her hand down to his pubic area, making her feel "intimidated and threatened."

According to the lawsuit, Watson made it clear, repeatedly, that he could "help, or hurt, her career" before forcing her to perform oral sex on him without her consent.

Watson's lawyer, Rusty Hardin, claimed that "the allegations are really inconsistent with the kind of person he is." On Wednesday, the Texans and the NFL said they were aware of the allegations. The Texans issued a statement on the matter, while the NFL has declined to comment.

"We became aware of a civil lawsuit involving Deshaun Watson through a social media post last night," the Texans' statement said. "This is the first time we heard of the matter, and we hope to learn more soon. We take accusations of this nature that involve anyone within the Houston Texans organization seriously. We will await further information before making any additional statements on this incident."

According to reports, Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is being sued by a female masseuse who claims the star QB sexually assaulted her.

In response to the allegations surfacing, Watson took to social media to clear his name. “As a result of a social media post by a publicity-seeking plaintiff’s lawyer, I recently became aware of a lawsuit against me,” wrote Watson. “I have not yet seen the complaint, but I know this: I have never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect.”

He added that the woman's attorney, Tony Buzbee, “made a baseless six-figure settlement demand." When Buzbee announced the filing of the lawsuit, he wrote via Instagram, “This case we just filed against Watson isn’t about money—it’s about dignity and stopping behavior that should be stopped, NOW! Stay tuned for details,” adding, “LET ME SAY THIS. I’m a Marine. I’m not easily intimidated.”
