Benzino expressed disappointment in his daughter Coi Leray after hearing the remarks in her single, "No More Parties."

"My daddy let me down, but I promise you I won't let up / I wanna say f*** that man, but that s*** won't make me better," Coi Leray says on the song.

Benzino responded by calling his daughter out on Instagram and accusing her of spreading lies about him.

"That [line] in her song is [cap]. my name and rep is very important to me and nobody is gonna tarnish that for story line u dig?" Benzino wrote. "I still love u very much coileray but this gotta stop. I don't need clout, I am and always will be the clout and I'm very proud of what you are doing so I don't need to prove nothing to anyone. You know I was there in your life every step of the way and when s*** got rough I still was there...Tell your mother enough is enough, I took care her, you Taj and your two brothers whom have their own fathers and I treated them like mines. I don't want or need credit, I was suppose to do all that and I did. I realize a lot of y'all out there grew up hard without the love of your fathers because they were absent. Well I'm not one of those fathers. I was there period. Now stay tf off my timeline with that goofy s***."

In a subsequent post, Benzino blamed Coi's actions on her mother and claimed Coi was "raised in mansions." Coi Leray responded to her father by saying that by the time she was "old enough to actually understand life (around 9 years old) [the] money was GONE. Everything was gone."

"For this man to come on here and do this is so lame and this is the reason he burned all his bridges today," she wrote. "Look here father ... I'm on billboard charting right now and all you can do is this lame s***" Yea still proving on how much you lack as a father!"

Coi Leray also spoke more on the subject, during an Instagram Live session, and revealed she and her father had just talked to each other before his initial Instagram post.

"It's crazy because we was just on the phone crying yesterday, sharing this moment like...really sharing the moment," she said while holding back tears. "Like n***** don't even understand like...and I can't wait to tell my story because it's so many young females, young males that got industry parents or that got people in the industry and these f****** people feel like they got so much power, bro! These mother******* got so much power! Na, them tables turned, ya'll n***** outdated as f***!"

"No More Parties" is Coi Leray's most successful song to date and is currently charting on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
