Recently, Bobby Shmurda’s long-anticipated release from prison has found him making a return to his family and also connecting with Quavo of Migos. The Brooklyn rapper also wasted no time in connecting with the press, as the rapper was interviewed by GQ Magazine.

During his interview, he noted that he still plans on creating music but that his sight is set on investing and real estate, along with other business ventures to expand. While speaking to GQ, Bobby noted that Quavo was supportive of him while in prison, especially when the rapper was placed in solitary confinement.

The Brooklyn rapper noted that his desire to jump into real estate and investing didn’t come out of nowhere and that he actually spoke to Nipsey Hussle about getting in the real estate world before the rapper was tragically gunned down. Bobby said, “I only had four or five conversations with cousin.” He continued to say, “His mind was different. He was saying all the things we were going to do when I got out.”
