YFN Lucci turned himself in to Atlanta Police last week after being accused of being the driver during a homicide. During his court hearing, the judge denied bond for the rapper.

According to court documents, Lucci is asking the judge to set a reasonable bond so he can continue to financially support his four underaged children. He also claimed that he provides a home and financial assistance for his mother.

In addition, Lucci pointed out that he has no felony criminal record and is not a flight risk.

YFN Lucci is being charged with murder, aggravated assault, participating in criminal street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

YFN Lucci appeared in court for the first time in his felony murder case on Thursday (January 14). 

During the hearing, Lucci's lawyer told the judge that he had read the rapper's charges to him, which include felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in street gang activity, and possession of a firearm in commission of a felony. His lawyer argued against the aggravated assault charges, which the judge responded to. The judge also denied bond for Lucci.
